Samsung\u2019un orta segment ayg\u0131tlar i\u00e7in geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi Exynos 9630\u2019un \u00f6zellikleri, net olarak bilinmiyor olsa da\u00a0Samsung\u2019un bu i\u015flemciyi bir\u00e7ok ayg\u0131tta kullanmas\u0131 bekleniyor. \u00d6ncelikli olaraksa\u00a0ileride tan\u0131t\u0131lacak Galaxy A serisi ayg\u0131tlarda y\u00fcksek ihtimalle bu i\u015flemci kullan\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde\u00a0Samsung taraf\u0131ndan 2020&#39;de\u00a0piyasaya s\u00fcr\u00fclmesi planlanan\u00a0Galaxy A\u00a0serisine ili\u015fkin 9 adet ayg\u0131t\u0131n listesi ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Exynos 9630, tan\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan Galaxy A51 \u00fczere ayg\u0131tlarda kullan\u0131labilir. Exynos 9630\u2019un performans a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan Exynos 9610 ile ortas\u0131nda ne kadar fark olaca\u011f\u0131 da \u015fimdi net de\u011fil fakat daha fazla transist\u00f6r say\u0131s\u0131 ve daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck boyutu ile daha verimli olaca\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6yleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Exynos 9610\u2019un 10 nm FinFET kullan\u0131larak \u00fcretildi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnecek olursak\u00a0Exynos 9630\u2019un 8 nm olarak \u00fcretilece\u011fini s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Samsung\u2019un bir sonraki seride ise 7 nm i\u015flemciye ge\u00e7i\u015f yapmas\u0131 bekleniyor.
