Bursa<\/strong>‘da, eski e\u015finin y\u00fcz\u00fcne tiner atarak b\u0131\u00e7akla yaralad\u0131\u011f\u0131 arg\u00fcman\u0131yla hakk\u0131nda dava a\u00e7\u0131lan bayan\u0131n yarg\u0131lanmas\u0131na ba\u015fland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Bursa<\/strong> 9. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi’ndeki duru\u015fmaya, “bo\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 e\u015fe kar\u015f\u0131 tasarlayarak taamm\u00fcden \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeye te\u015febb\u00fcs” ve “hakaret” c\u00fcr\u00fcmlerinden 22 y\u0131la kadar mahpusu istenen tutuklu san\u0131k Dava A. (39), eski e\u015fi Refik A. (50) ve taraf avukatlar\u0131 kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Kimlik tespiti sonras\u0131 savunmas\u0131n\u0131 yapan san\u0131k, e\u015finin k\u0131zlar\u0131na istismarda bulundu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, olay g\u00fcn\u00fc k\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 almaya gelen Refik A’n\u0131n y\u00fcz\u00fcne bu nedenle tiner att\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve iki defa b\u0131\u00e7aklad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n

Refik A’n\u0131n da bu durumu kabul etti\u011fini fakat ispat edemeyece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi\u011fini \u00f6ne s\u00fcren Dava A, bu mevzuda 14 May\u0131s’ta \u015fikayette bulundu\u011funu lisana getirdi.<\/p>\n

Eski kocas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131na, olay\u0131n akabinde “Refik ya\u015f\u0131yor mu? Daha \u00f6lmedi mi?” yaz\u0131l\u0131 bildiri g\u00f6nderip g\u00f6ndermedi\u011fi sorulan san\u0131k, bunun hakikat oldu\u011funu anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u00dclk\u00fc A, \u00f6ld\u00fcrme kast\u0131yla hareket etmedi\u011fini kelamlar\u0131na ekledi.<\/p>\n

San\u0131\u011f\u0131n kendisine iftira att\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ileri s\u00fcren Refik A. ise olay g\u00fcn\u00fc bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131yla k\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 almaya gittiklerini, bu s\u0131rada y\u00fcz\u00fcne tiner at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve b\u0131\u00e7akland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n

Hastanede tedavi g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve ameliyat edildi\u011fini anlatan Refik A, “Cinsel istismarla ilgili hi\u00e7bir ispat yoktur. \u015eikayet\u00e7iyim.” dedi.<\/p>\n

San\u0131\u011f\u0131n tutuklulu\u011funun devam\u0131na karar veren mahkeme heyeti, belgedeki eksikliklerin giderilmesi i\u00e7in duru\u015fmay\u0131 erteledi.<\/p>\n

Olay<\/p>\n

Bo\u015fand\u0131ktan sonra birinci e\u015finden olan o\u011flu Ahmet Baran Y. (20) ve Refik A’dan olan k\u0131z\u0131 P.A.A. (3) ile ya\u015famaya ba\u015flayan \u0130deal A, 17 May\u0131s’ta tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 eski kay\u0131npederi H.A’y\u0131 darbetti\u011fi sav\u0131yla konut hapsine \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u00dclk\u00fc A, 5 A\u011fustos’ta k\u0131zlar\u0131 P.A.A’y\u0131 almaya gelen Refik A’y\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcne tiner at\u0131p akabinde b\u0131\u00e7aklam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

Yaralanan Refik A. \u00f6zel bir hastanede tedavi alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f, konut hapsindeki Dava A. ise tutuklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

Velayeti annesinde olan P.A.A. ise Aile ve Toplumsal Hizmetler Vilayet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnce m\u00fcdafaa alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n
