Olay, Bursa’n\u0131n Mustafakemalpa\u015fa il\u00e7esinde saat 16.15 sular\u0131nda \u015eeyhm\u00fcft\u00fc Camii yan\u0131nda bulunan Kafkas Taksi dura\u011f\u0131nda meydana geldi. Durak yan\u0131nda arkada\u015f\u0131yla sohbet eden Suat Sarg\u0131n (40), yanlar\u0131na gelen L.A. (42) taraf\u0131ndan kalbinden b\u0131\u00e7akland\u0131. G\u00f6rg\u00fc \u015fahidinin tabirine nazaran L.A, Sarg\u0131n’\u0131 konu\u015fmak i\u00e7in \u00e7abucak yanlar\u0131nda bulunan taksiye \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131, ikili yakla\u015f\u0131k 5 metre yan yana y\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fckten sonra cinayet zanl\u0131s\u0131 L.A yan\u0131nda bulunan b\u0131\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kararak Suat Sarg\u0131n’n\u0131n g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs b\u00f6lgesine saplad\u0131. Sarg\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 darbenin akabinde a\u011f\u0131r yaraland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Cinayet zanl\u0131s\u0131 L.A olay yerinden uzakla\u015f\u0131rken, emniyet g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin s\u0131k\u0131 takibi sonucu Tatkavakl\u0131 b\u00f6lgesinde yakaland\u0131. Zanl\u0131 birinci s\u00f6z\u00fcnde cinayet aleti olan b\u0131\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 bir beze sararak olay yerinin \u00e7ok yak\u0131n\u0131nda bulunan bir telefon sat\u0131c\u0131s\u0131na “Bu paket burada dursun almaya gelece\u011fim” diyerek b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenildi.<\/p>\n
