Lise \u00f6\u011frencisi A.E.S. kararla birlikte tahliye edildi.<\/p>\n<p><b>1 YIL 8 AY MAHPUS CEZASI VER\u0130LD\u0130<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Anadolu 3. \u00c7ocuk Mahkemesindeki duru\u015fmaya lise \u00f6\u011frencisi A.E.S., 20 Eyl\u00fcl&#8217;den beri tutuklu bulundu\u011fu cezaevinden getirildi. Duru\u015fmada taraf avukatlar\u0131 haz\u0131r bulundu. Cumhuriyet savc\u0131s\u0131 san\u0131\u011f\u0131n cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istedi. Karar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klayan mahkeme, lise \u00f6\u011frencisi A.E.S. hakk\u0131nda &#8220;Atat\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fcn an\u0131s\u0131na alenen hakaret&#8221; hatas\u0131ndan 1 y\u0131l 8 ay mahpus cezas\u0131 ile cezaland\u0131rd\u0131. Mahkeme san\u0131k hakk\u0131nda verilen cezada karar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131n\u0131 geriye b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131na karar vererek, san\u0131\u011f\u0131n tahliyesine h\u00fckmetti. <\/p>\n<p><b>3 YILA KADAR MAHPUSU \u0130STENM\u0130\u015eT\u0130<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Anadolu Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan iddianamede A.E.S. hakk\u0131nda &#8220;Atat\u00fcrk Aleyhine \u0130\u015flenen C\u00fcr\u00fcmler Hakk\u0131nda Kanun&#8221; kapsam\u0131nda 1 y\u0131l 6 aydan 4 y\u0131l 6 aya kadar mahpusu istenmi\u015fti. A.E.S.&#8217;nin 17 ya\u015f\u0131ndan olmas\u0131ndan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc T\u00fcrk Ceza Kanunu 31.
