Dr. Erkan Kaya, teknolojinin geli\u015fmesiyle insano\u011flunun bedenini hareket ettirme oran\u0131n\u0131n son y\u00fczy\u0131lda y\u00fczde 28&#8217;e kadar geriledi\u011fini belirterek hareketsizli\u011fin yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 rahats\u0131zl\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 ihtarlarda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Bursa Vilayet S\u0131hhat M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada de\u011ferlendirmelerine yer verilen Do\u00e7. Dr. Kaya, hareketsiz hayat \u00fcslubunun insan s\u0131hhatini tehdit edici boyutlarda oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Hareketsizli\u011fin, insan s\u0131hhatine san\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan daha fazla ziyan verdi\u011fine dikkati \u00e7eken Kaya, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u0130nsan bedeni birbiriyle ortakla\u015fa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00e7e\u015fitli sistemlerden olu\u015fur.
