BURSA – Bursa<\/strong>‘da cinnet ge\u00e7irerek eski e\u015fi ve yan\u0131ndaki ki\u015fiyi \u00f6ld\u00fcren polis, iki sefer a\u011f\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f m\u00fcebbet mahpus cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Cinayet an\u0131 an be an g\u00fcvenlik kameras\u0131 ve vatanda\u015flar\u0131n kameras\u0131na yans\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Olayda tesad\u00fcfen yoldan ge\u00e7en bir ki\u015fi de kur\u015funlar\u0131n gayesi olarak yaralanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. <\/p>\n

Olay, 12 \u015eubat 2022 tarihinde Nil\u00fcfer il\u00e7esi Odunluk Mahallesi Akademi Caddesi’nde meydana geldi. Vilayet Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde misyonlu polis memuru Bilal A\u011f\u0131r (52), 2 ay evvel bo\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 Yasemin A\u011f\u0131r’\u0131n kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 26 DC 016 plakal\u0131 arabas\u0131, yan\u0131nda bir erkekle g\u00f6r\u00fcnce \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc kesip durdurdu. Eski e\u015fi ile yan\u0131ndaki Yahya Ayd\u0131n’\u0131 ara\u00e7tan indirip darbeden Bilal A\u011f\u0131r, daha sonra belinden \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 tabancayla pe\u015f pe\u015fe ate\u015f etti. Hastaneye kald\u0131r\u0131lan Sakarya Ortaokulu M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Yasemin A\u011f\u0131r hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti. Ba\u015fka a\u011f\u0131r yaral\u0131 Yahya Ayd\u0131n da, olaydan 12 g\u00fcn sonra hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti.<\/p>\n

‘Kasten \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek’ ve ‘kasten \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeye te\u015febb\u00fcs’ c\u00fcr\u00fcmlerinden tutuklu bulunan Bilal A\u011f\u0131r’\u0131n 7. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi’ndeki duru\u015fmas\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Mahkemede, hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden Yasemin A\u011f\u0131r ve Yahya Ayd\u0131n’\u0131n yak\u0131nlar\u0131, taraf avukatlar\u0131, Aile ve Toplumsal Hizmetler Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile Bursa Barosu Bayan Haklar\u0131 Merkezinin vekilleri haz\u0131r bulundu.<\/p>\n

Cumhuriyet Savc\u0131s\u0131 m\u00fctalaas\u0131nda, san\u0131\u011f\u0131n “tasarlayarak eski e\u015fi \u00f6ld\u00fcrme”, “tasarlayarak \u00f6ld\u00fcrme” “yaralama” ve “mala ziyan verme” c\u00fcr\u00fcmlerinden cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istedi. Kelam verilen san\u0131k Bilal A\u011f\u0131r, m\u00fctalaay\u0131 kabul etmedi\u011fini belirterek, olay\u0131 planlayarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmedi\u011fini belirterek, “Yasemin’in nerede oldu\u011funu ara\u015ft\u0131rmad\u0131m. Ara\u00e7la tesad\u00fcfen kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131m. Hedefim konu\u015fmakt\u0131. Bana hakaretler edildi. Olay sebebiyle pi\u015fman\u0131m. Bu t\u00fcrl\u00fc olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilmiyordum” tabirini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Mahkeme heyeti, san\u0131k Bilal A\u011f\u0131r’\u0131, eski e\u015fi Yasemin A\u011f\u0131r’a kar\u015f\u0131 hareketi sebebiyle “bo\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 e\u015fe kar\u015f\u0131 tasarlayarak \u00f6ld\u00fcrme”, Yahya Ayd\u0131n’a y\u00f6nelik hareketi m\u00fcnasebetiyle da “tasarlayarak \u00f6ld\u00fcrme” c\u00fcr\u00fcmlerinden iki sefer a\u011f\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f m\u00fcebbet mahpusla cezaland\u0131rd\u0131. Heyet, san\u0131k hakk\u0131nda “yaralama” ve “mala ziyan verme” hatalar\u0131nda ise karar kurulmas\u0131na yer olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na karar verdi.<\/p>\n
