Bursa<\/strong>‘n\u0131n \u0130neg\u00f6l il\u00e7esinde alacak-verecek arbedesinde ba\u015f\u0131ndan tabancayla vurularak \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclen \u015fahs\u0131n day\u0131s\u0131 ile 1 ki\u015fi tutukland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Olay, 13 Eyl\u00fcl \u00c7ar\u015famba g\u00fcn\u00fc saat 13.00 s\u0131ralar\u0131nda k\u0131rsal Hocak\u00f6y Mahallesi’ndeki ormanl\u0131k alan yolunda meydana geldi. Day\u0131 Hayrullah A. (41), ye\u011feni Engin Y\u0131lmaz (35), \u00f6b\u00fcr akrabalar\u0131 Mehmet E. (34) ve Serkan E. (33) ile birlikte 16 AYT 715 plakal\u0131 ara\u00e7la olay\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 yere gitti. Day\u0131 ve ye\u011fen ortas\u0131nda alacak-verecek nedeniyle \u00e7\u0131kan tart\u0131\u015fma bir anda arbedeye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. \u00d6fkeli day\u0131, elindeki tabancayla ye\u011fenine kur\u015fun ya\u011fd\u0131rd\u0131. Ba\u015f\u0131na \u00fc\u00e7 mermi isabet eden Engin Y\u0131lmaz hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti. Cinayet zanl\u0131s\u0131 day\u0131 Hayrullah A., Serdar E.’yi (36) telefonla arayarak olay yerinden kendilerini almas\u0131n\u0131 istedi. Serdar E., 16 ALU 345 plakal\u0131 ara\u00e7la olay yerine gelerek, Hayrullah A., karde\u015fleri Mehmet E. ve Serkan E.’yi al\u0131p olay yerinden ayr\u0131ld\u0131. Olaydan 1 saat sonra etraf yolunda devriye atan tak\u0131mlar, cinayet zanl\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu arac\u0131 fark etti. Dur ihtar\u0131na uymayan \u015fof\u00f6r ka\u00e7maya ba\u015flad\u0131. 1 kilometre s\u00fcren kovalamaca sonucu ara\u00e7 \u00f6n\u00fc kesilerek durduruldu. Ara\u00e7taki \u015fof\u00f6r Serdar E. yakalan\u0131rken, ka\u00e7an Hayrullah A., Mehmet E. ve Serkan E. ise Esenk\u00f6y Mahallesi’ndeki ormanl\u0131k alanda Jandarma Hata Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Timi (JASAT) ve jandarma gruplar\u0131nca yakalanarak g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. Engin Y\u0131lmaz’\u0131n cenazesi ise savc\u0131l\u0131k incelemesinin akabinde otopsi i\u00e7in \u0130simli T\u0131p Kurumuna g\u00f6nderildi.<\/p>\n

Jandarmada sorgulamalar\u0131 tamamlanan 4 \u015f\u00fcpheliden day\u0131 Hayrullah A. ve Serkan E. tutuklan\u0131rken, Serdar E. ve Mehmet E. ise isimli denetim ko\u015fuluyla \u00f6zg\u00fcr b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131. – BURSA<\/p>\n
