Nepal<\/strong>‘de tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 bir uygulama olan “chhaupadi” ile regl olan bayanlar\u0131n ve k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n konutlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki barakalarda zorla tutuluyor. \u00dclkede yasal olmayan bu uygulama kapsam\u0131nda \u00fclkenin bat\u0131s\u0131ndaki Baitadi b\u00f6lgesinde meskeninin d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki bir barakaya kapat\u0131lan 16 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki bir k\u0131z, uyurken y\u0131lan \u0131s\u0131rmas\u0131 sonucu g\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc yitirdi. <\/p>\n

Anita Chand’\u0131n vefat\u0131, 2019 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana \u00fclkede bu sebeple rapor edilen birinci vefat oldu. Aile ise k\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011finde regl oldu\u011fu tezlerini kabul etmedi.<\/p>\n
