Olay, d\u00fcn saat 23.00 s\u0131ralar\u0131nda Yeni Mahalle Uluda\u011f Caddesi’ndeki bir sitede meydana geldi. Sitedeki dairelerde alt alta ikamet eden iki aile ortas\u0131nda g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc nedeniyle arbede \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Ya\u015fanan olay nedeniyle karakolda tabir veren aileler, meskenlerine d\u00f6n\u00fcnce bir daha tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi ile \u00e7\u0131kan arbedede Mevl\u00fct K., tabancayla kom\u015fular\u0131 B\u00fclent K. (46), \u00d6mer S. (35) ve Hikmet K.’ya (45) kur\u015fun ya\u011fd\u0131rd\u0131. Mermilerin isabet etti\u011fi B\u00fclent K. ve Hikmet K. a\u011f\u0131r yaralan\u0131rken, \u00d6mer S. ise baca\u011f\u0131ndan b\u0131\u00e7akla yaraland\u0131. Yaral\u0131lar \u00f6zel ara\u00e7 ve ambulanslarla \u0130neg\u00f6l Devlet Hastanesi’ne g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclerek tedavi alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. Yaral\u0131lardan Hikmet K., t\u00fcm m\u00fcdahalelere kar\u015f\u0131n kurtar\u0131lamad\u0131. B\u00fclent K.’n\u0131n durumunun a\u011f\u0131r, \u00d6mer S.’nin s\u0131hhat durumunun ise yeterli oldu\u011fu \u00f6\u011frenildi.<\/p>\n

Olay\u0131n akabinde ka\u00e7an \u015f\u00fcpheliler Mevl\u00fct K. (38), Abd\u00fclkadir K. (35) ve Oktay A. (33) polis tak\u0131mlar\u0131nca yakaland\u0131. Sorgular\u0131 tamamlanan \u015f\u00fcpheliler, geni\u015f g\u00fcvenlik tedbirleri alt\u0131nda adliyeye sevk edildi. Mevl\u00fct K.’n\u0131n tabirinde, “Birka\u00e7 g\u00fcnd\u00fcr g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc tart\u0131\u015f\u0131yorduk. D\u00fcn ak\u015fam hengame ettik.
