Meta’n\u0131n Metaverse i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Meta’n\u0131n sahibi oldu\u011fu sanal ger\u00e7eklik (virtual reality-VR) \u015firketi Oculus’\u0131n \u00fcretti\u011fi Quest g\u00f6zl\u00fckleriyle eri\u015filebilen Horizon Worlds<\/strong> isimli sanal d\u00fcnyada bir cinsel sald\u0131r\u0131<\/strong> hadisesi ya\u015fand\u0131. Horizon Worlds’\u00fcn 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flat\u0131lan beta s\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcnde bulunan ismi a\u00e7\u0131klanmayan bir bayan, 26 Kas\u0131m’da tacize u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. <\/p>\n

Independent T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019nin haberine nazaran Meta, olay\u0131n \u00fczerine i\u00e7 soru\u015fturma ba\u015flatt\u0131. Soru\u015fturma sonucunda, kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n sanal ortamda tacizi \u00f6nlemek ismine tasarlanan g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6zelli\u011fini etkinle\u015ftirmedi\u011fi<\/strong> ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. <\/p>\n

Fakat VR’da olmak, olay\u0131 daha yo\u011fun<\/strong> hale getiriyor. D\u00fcn yaln\u0131zca elle tacize u\u011framad\u0131m. Bu davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 destekleyenler de vard\u0131. Ya\u015fananlar, beni Plaza’da (kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu d\u00fcnyalara ve oyunlara girmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan toplanma yeri) yaln\u0131z<\/strong> hissettirdi”<\/em> tabirleriyle payla\u015ft\u0131. <\/p>\n

Meta’n\u0131n Horizon Worlds lider yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 olan Vivek Sharma, olaya dair olarak “kesinlikle talihsizlik”<\/em> formunda konu\u015ftu. Buna ek olarak Sharma, bu ya\u015fananlar\u0131n, platformda kendisini inan\u00e7ta hissetmeyenlerin \u00f6b\u00fcr kullan\u0131c\u0131larla etkile\u015fim kurmas\u0131n\u0131 engelleyen Safe Zone<\/strong> (G\u00fcvenli B\u00f6lge) isimli \u00f6zelli\u011fi “kolay ve eri\u015filebilir” hale getirmeye yarayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da kelamlar\u0131na ekledi. \u00d6te yandan Meta s\u00f6zc\u00fcs\u00fc Kristina Milian ise \u015firketin sundu\u011fu bu \u00f6zelliklerin kullan\u0131lmamas\u0131n\u0131n bir kullan\u0131c\u0131 yanl\u0131\u015f\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve platformun, bu \u015fekil \u00f6zelliklerin nas\u0131l kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlamak ve kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 daha kolay bildirmesini sa\u011flamak maksad\u0131yla geli\u015ftirilmeye<\/strong> devam edilece\u011fini tabir etti. <\/p>\n

Uzmanlar ise sanal d\u00fcnyada meydana gelen tacizin ger\u00e7ek hayattakinden rastgele bir fark\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> aktard\u0131. \u00c7evrimi\u00e7i taciz \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fcten akamedisyen Kahterine Cross da sanal d\u00fcnyalar\u0131n, insanlar\u0131n fizik\u00ee bir alanda bulundu\u011funu ve bedensel aktivitelerin \u00fc\u00e7 boyutlu bir ortamda ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmesini sa\u011flamak emeliyle geli\u015ftirildi\u011fini belirtti.
