ABD\u2019deki Wisconsin Milwaukee \u00dcniversitesi ve Almanya\u2019daki H\u00fcr Elektron Lazer Bilimi Merkezi\u2019nden bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma tak\u0131m\u0131, proteinlerin <strong>yap\u0131sal de\u011fi\u015fikliklerini <\/strong>incelemek i\u00e7in yeni bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><em>Nature <\/em>dergisinde yay\u0131nlanan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ara\u015ft\u0131rma grubu, protein yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011fa reaksiyon olarak nas\u0131l hal de\u011fi\u015ftirdi\u011fini <strong>yapay zeka <\/strong>teknolojileri sayesinde incelemeyi ba\u015fard\u0131. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar kuantum mekanik hesaplamalarla proteinlerin \u015fimdiye kadarki <strong>en kesin<\/strong> kayd\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturdu.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u015eimdiye kadarki en net imaj olu\u015fturuldu<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtekno.com\/images\/editor\/default\/0003\/38\/e540b8983d53f0ffc7a3557af6c1530aca7b553e.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p><em>Bu, fotosentetik bakterilerden gelen bir proteinin \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011fa reaksiyon olarak nas\u0131l form de\u011fi\u015ftirdi\u011fini ortaya koyan deneyin tasviri.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I\u015f\u0131kla uyar\u0131lan protein (PYP), \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 emdi\u011finde g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc de emer ve kendisini de tekrar d\u00fczenler. \u015eimdiye kadar proteinlerin \u0131\u015f\u0131k kaynakl\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fikliklerinin an\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi s\u00f6yleniyordu. Bilim insanlar\u0131 \u201can\u201d\u0131n <strong>\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclemez olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131,<\/strong> proteinlerinde saniyenin d\u00f6rtte biri (femtosaniye) olarak bilinen k\u0131sa bir m\u00fcddette ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. Bu kadar k\u0131sa m\u00fcddette ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen <strong>hareketin kaydedilmesi<\/strong> ise pek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmuyordu.<\/p>\n<p>I\u015f\u0131\u011fa hassas proteinlerin hareketlerinin incelendi\u011fi deneyde, <em>yapay zeka teknolojisi <\/em>ve<em> kuantum teorisi <\/em>ile geli\u015ftirilen mekanik bir sistem kullan\u0131ld\u0131. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar yeni teknoloji ile protein i\u00e7indeki elektronlar\u0131n nas\u0131l hareket etti\u011fini g\u00f6steren anl\u0131k manzaray\u0131 <strong>kaydetmeyi <\/strong>ba\u015fard\u0131.
