Ard\u0131nda b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 not ise Musa Orhan isimli \u015fahs\u0131n kendisine <strong>tecav\u00fcz etti\u011fini <\/strong>s\u00f6yl\u00fcyordu.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130pek Er ve babas\u0131, olaydan sadece birka\u00e7 g\u00fcn evvel Musa Orhan hakk\u0131nda \u015fikayette bulunmu\u015f ve <strong>&#8216;nitelikli cinsel sald\u0131r\u0131&#8217;<\/strong> hatas\u0131yla soru\u015fturma ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. B\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 intihar notunda ya\u015fananlar\u0131 kimseye anlatmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in Musa Orhan&#8217;\u0131n kendisini \u00f6ld\u00fcrmekle tehdit etti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen \u0130pek Er, notunun sonunda &#8216;<u>art\u0131k \u00f6lece\u011fim i\u00e7in korkmama gerek yok<\/u>&#8216; diyerek hayat\u0131na son vermi\u015fti. <\/p>\n<p><b>Musa Orhan&#8217;\u0131n tutuksuz yarg\u0131lanma karar\u0131 reaksiyon \u00e7ekmi\u015fti:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtekno.com\/images\/editor\/default\/0003\/29\/7ba98df82e313579d1fb9a070e91d475d83fc371.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u0130pek Er&#8217;in hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmesi sonras\u0131 artan yans\u0131lar\u0131n akabinde Musa Orhan tutuklanm\u0131\u015f, lakin bir hafta \u00fczere k\u0131sa bir m\u00fchlet sonra<strong> tutuksuz yarg\u0131lanmas\u0131<\/strong> karar\u0131 verilmi\u015fti. Yap\u0131lan itirazlar\u0131n kabul edilmemesi sonras\u0131 Musa Orhan tutuksuz olarak yarg\u0131lanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Duruma reaksiyon veren isimlerden biri de oyuncu Ezgi Mola olmu\u015ftu. Ezgi Mola, Twitter&#8217;da yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir payla\u015f\u0131mla karar\u0131 ele\u015ftirerek Musa Orhan hakk\u0131nda <strong>&#8216;tecav\u00fczc\u00fc&#8217; <\/strong>ve<strong> &#8216;\u015ferefsiz&#8217;<\/strong> s\u00f6zlerini kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu payla\u015f\u0131m ve Ezgi Mola&#8217;n\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fcr dilemeyi reddetmesi sonras\u0131 Musa Orhan&#8217;\u0131n avukat\u0131 Mehmet Erkan Akku\u015f\u2019un hata duyurusu \u00fczerine Mola hakk\u0131nda <strong>d\u00f6rt y\u0131la kadar mahpus istemiyle<\/strong> dava a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bug\u00fcn sonu\u00e7lanan davada Ezgi Mola&#8217;ya para cezas\u0131 verildi.
