Bu durum i\u015f gere\u011fi arkada\u015flar\u0131ndan ve ailesinden <strong>uzak kalan <\/strong>insanlar ve yeni be\u015ferlerle tan\u0131\u015fmak isteyenler i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7 bir durum olmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu duruma bir tahlil sunmay\u0131 planlayan Litvanya h\u00fck\u00fcmeti, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n birinci \u201c<strong><em>portal<\/em><\/strong>\u201d\u0131n\u0131 in\u015fa etti. Herkesin ula\u015fabilece\u011fi bu portal, insanlar\u0131n fazlas\u0131yla<strong> ilgisini \u00e7ekti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>D\u00fcnyan\u0131n birinci Portal\u0131<\/b><\/p>\n<p><div><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/TRvbxiCj79E?showinfo=0&#038;wmode=transparent\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Go Vilnius <\/strong>olarak bilinen ve Litvanya\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015f\u015fehri olan Vilnius\u2019ta in\u015fa edilen bu portal, asl\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck yuvarlak bir ekran. Bu dev ekran, \u00fczerindeki bir kamera sayesinde <strong>di\u011fer portala <\/strong>s\u00fcrekli olarak ba\u011fl\u0131 kal\u0131yor ve oradaki insanlar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcp onlarla sohbet etmenize ve yeni insanlar\u0131 tan\u0131man\u0131za <strong>imkan sa\u011fl\u0131yor<\/strong>. Ekran\u0131n \u00f6b\u00fcr ucundaki yer ise Vilnius\u2019tan <strong>600 kilometre <\/strong>uzakl\u0131ktaki Polonya\u2019n\u0131n Lublin kenti. \u0130ki kent ortas\u0131ndaki bu dijital k\u00f6pr\u00fc, \u201c<strong><em>birlikte olman\u0131n<\/em><\/strong>\u201d manas\u0131n\u0131 yine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in tasarland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu portal\u0131 tasarlayan Vilnius yetkilileri, yapt\u0131klar\u0131 bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. &#8220;<em>\u0130nsanl\u0131k, daima olarak <strong>COVID-19<\/strong>, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve ekonomik problemler \u00fczere tehlikelerle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya geliyor. Ancak \u015fayet dikkatlice bakarsak, bu olaylar\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunun <strong>insanlar\u0131n ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131nda <\/strong>oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rebilirsiniz.
