Bu sinyaller, Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n \u201c<em>Meclisin a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131yla birlikte toplumsal medyaya y\u00f6nelik <strong>bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine<\/strong> inan\u0131yorum.<\/em>\u201d kelamlar\u0131yla olgunluk kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni d\u00fczenlemenin nas\u0131l olaca\u011f\u0131 hakk\u0131nda rastgele bir ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bilgi bulunmasa da ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde, bu bahse dair bir haber payla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Buna nazaran <strong>Sosyal Medya Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> isimli yeni bir Ba\u015fkanl\u0131k kurulacak. Ba\u015fkanl\u0131k, toplumsal medyada hakaret eden, \u2018troll hesaplarla\u2019 palavra bilgi yaymaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 denetlemekle sorumlu olacak. <\/p>\n<p>Bununla birlikte Instagram ve Twitter \u00fczere toplumsal a\u011f sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131ndan belli g\u00f6nderilerin silinmesi talep edilebilecek ve tekrar a\u011f sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131ndan ama\u00e7 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n kimlik bilgileri talep edilebilecek. Gerekli bilgi sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan verilmedi\u011findeyse platformlara <strong>para cezas\u0131<\/strong> uygulanacak.<\/p>\n<p><b>Sosyal medya, hususa \u201c#SosyalMedyamaDokunma\u201d etiketiyle kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ak Parti kurmaylar\u0131n\u0131n \u201cBu bir toplumsal medya yasas\u0131 de\u011fil, dezenformasyonla u\u011fra\u015f maddesidir.\u201d dedi\u011fi yeni d\u00fczenlemeler, \u015fimdi gelmeden kullan\u0131c\u0131lardan reaksiyon \u00e7ekti.
