Amazon yetkilileri ise ceza karar\u0131n\u0131 <strong>temyize g\u00f6t\u00fcreceklerini <\/strong>ve bu ceza karar\u0131n\u0131 haks\u0131z bulduklar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f devinin temyiz a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131na CNPD taraf\u0131ndan rastgele bir a\u00e7\u0131klama <strong>gelmedi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>CNPD\u2019nin y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine nazaran, \u015firket vatanda\u015flar\u0131n \u015fahs\u00ee bilgilerini kullanmadan evvel onlar\u0131n iste\u011fini almak zorunda. Mahkemede \u00e7\u0131kan karara nazaran Amazon bu kurallara <strong>uymad\u0131 <\/strong>ve bu sebepten \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc bu kadar a\u011f\u0131r bir cezaya \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Amazon ile birlikte, Google, Facebook, Apple ve Microsoft \u00fczere dev \u015firketler de ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz aylarda incelenmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><b>Amazon kullan\u0131c\u0131 datalar\u0131n\u0131 gizlice kullan\u0131yor<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtekno.com\/images\/editor\/default\/0003\/20\/c92f04836144a49ad853bf82748a75e373aa88e3.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Davada ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bilgilere nazaran Amazon, kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n arama sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 ve bakt\u0131klar\u0131 eserler \u00fczere bilgilerini onlardan <strong>izin almadan <\/strong>kullan\u0131yor. Bu datalar\u0131 kullanarak onlara muhta\u00e7l\u0131k duyduklar\u0131 eserleri satmay\u0131 hedefleyen \u015firketin uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu siyasetin AB kurallar\u0131na <strong>ayk\u0131r\u0131 <\/strong>oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fer ABD\u2019li al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f devi bu cezay\u0131 \u00f6demeyi reddederse, AB mahkemeleri \u00e7ok daha \u00f6nemli yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar uygulayabilir.
