{"id":38874,"date":"2022-06-07T13:06:04","date_gmt":"2022-06-07T10:06:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kutaybilen.com.tr\/?p=38874"},"modified":"2022-06-07T13:06:04","modified_gmt":"2022-06-07T10:06:04","slug":"rekabet-kurulunin-google-kararlari-adaylik-kazandi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kutaybilen.com.tr\/?p=38874","title":{"rendered":"Rekabet Kurulu&#8217;n\u0131n Google Kararlar\u0131 Adayl\u0131k Kazand\u0131"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hem \u00fclkemizde hem de d\u00fcnyada, Google, Facebook \u00fczere teknoloji devlerinin kesimde yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 rekabet s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 ile gayret i\u00e7in pek \u00e7ok soru\u015fturma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. <strong>Adil rekabet \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik<\/strong> kararlar\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve uygulanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bu soru\u015fturmalar, vakit zaman \u015firketlere para cezas\u0131 olarak d\u00f6n\u00fcyor, kimi vakitse \u015firketlerin uygulamalar\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fikliklere gitmeleri gerekebiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye de bu noktada ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l Google ile ilgili benzeri i\u00e7erikte soru\u015fturmalar y\u00fcr\u00fctm\u00fc\u015f, y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen iki soru\u015fturma sonucunda <strong>Google&#8217;a Rekabet Konseyi taraf\u0131ndan para cezas\u0131 verilmi\u015fti.<\/strong> Rekabet Konseyi&#8217;nin bu kararlar\u0131, &#8216;K\u00fcresel Rekabet \u00d6d\u00fclleri&#8217; ortas\u0131nda d\u00fcnya genelinde 2020\u2019de bir rekabet otoritesi yahut mahkeme taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan en d\u00fczg\u00fcn uygulamalardan biri olmay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131. Rekabet Heyeti&#8217;nin Google kararlar\u0131, K\u00fcresel Competition Review (GCR) taraf\u0131ndan global \u00f6l\u00e7ekte <strong>&#8216;Y\u0131l\u0131n En Uygun Rekabet Karar\u0131&#8217;<\/strong> kategorisinde aday olarak g\u00f6sterildi. Adaylar ortas\u0131nda teknoloji devlerine y\u00f6nelik kararlar yer al\u0131rken birebir vakitte farkl\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerde ya\u015fanan rekabet ihlalleri de yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u0130ki soru\u015fturma, iki para cezas\u0131:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtekno.com\/images\/editor\/default\/0003\/04\/bfe75d83fa9d8e6e5e0d7e9ca47fcb67504a2859.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Rekabet Heyeti, 2020 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde Google&#8217;a y\u00f6nelik iki farkl\u0131 soru\u015fturma y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc. Bunlardan birincisi Google\u2019\u0131n genel arama <strong>pazar\u0131ndaki durumunu berbata kullanarak<\/strong> \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f hizmetleri pazar\u0131ndaki rakiplerinin faaliyetlerini zorla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131na y\u00f6nelik al\u0131nan karard\u0131. Heyet bu karar ile Google&#8217;a <strong>98 milyon TL&#8217;lik bir idari para cezas\u0131 <\/strong>vermi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Rekabet Konseyi&#8217;ni aday haline getiren karar ise <strong>Google&#8217;\u0131n Adwords reklamlar\u0131 ile<\/strong> organik sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n i\u00e7erik hizmetleri pazar\u0131ndaki faaliyetlerini zorla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131na h\u00fckmedildi\u011fi karar oldu.
