Gelinen son durumu anlatan A\u015f\u0131 \u00dcretme ve Antijen Haz\u0131rlama Koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Selahattin \u00c7elebi, devam eden COVID-19 a\u015f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda 3 farkl\u0131 proteinin kodlanmas\u0131yla a\u015f\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferli aya\u011f\u0131 olan <strong>recombinant antigen<\/strong> elde edildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>A\u015f\u0131da insan testlerine ge\u00e7ilece\u011fini de belirten Prof. \u00c7elebi, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada<em> &#8220;Bu <strong>3 fakl\u0131 antijenden<\/strong> hayvanlara verilecek ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k ile olu\u015fan antikorun d\u00fczey ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k m\u00fcddeti saptanmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. Kelam konusu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla birlikte n\u00f6tralizasyon antikor ve alerjik tepki testleri s\u00fcratle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor. <strong>Bu<\/strong> <strong>deneyler<\/strong> <strong>sonucunda<\/strong> <strong>insan \u00fczerindeki faz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na<\/strong> <strong>ge\u00e7ilecek<\/strong>. Bug\u00fcne kadar yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar epey verimli ge\u00e7ti ve rastgele bir aksakl\u0131k olmadan da devam ediyor. <strong>Birka\u00e7 ay sonunda<\/strong> Atat\u00fcrk \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;ne \u00f6zel Kovid-19 a\u015f\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n t\u0131pta yerini alaca\u011f\u0131 umudu \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir bi\u00e7imde olu\u015ftu.
