Bu nanomateryal geli\u015fmeler, bilgisayarlar\u0131n ve telefonlar\u0131n <strong>binlerce kat daha s\u00fcratli<\/strong> \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayabilir.<\/p>\n<p>ACS Nano mecmuas\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na nazaran ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, elektron ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 etkileyen b\u00fck\u00fclmeler yaratarak bir grafen katman\u0131nda transist\u00f6r \u00fczere davranmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131lar.
