HBM&#8217;nin zati ne manaya geldi\u011fini bahsetmi\u015ftik. Pekala PIM ne demek? Bu ibare, teknolojide bellek s\u00fcrece olarak isimlendiriliyor. Mant\u0131k tabanl\u0131 s\u00fcrece \u00fcnitelerine sahip olan PIM k\u0131sm\u0131, yapay zekan\u0131n s\u00fcrece surat\u0131n\u0131 <strong>iki kat\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcnde art\u0131r\u0131yor<\/strong>. T\u00fcm bunlar olurken sistemin g\u00fc\u00e7 t\u00fcketimi, <strong>y\u00fczde 70 <\/strong>d\u00fczeylerinde azal\u0131yor. <\/p>\n<p><b>Samsung, HBM-PIM ile bilgi s\u00fcre\u00e7 sunucular\u0131 ve yapay zeka uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 u\u00e7uracak<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtekno.com\/images\/editor\/default\/0003\/01\/375565f2f95fe8cc3ffb64697eff29ed49d7ef13.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Samsung taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretilen bellek yongas\u0131n\u0131n<strong> g\u00fcnl\u00fck kullan\u0131c\u0131lar i\u00e7in olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a s\u00f6z edebiliriz. Samsung taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda, bu eserin y\u00fcksek performansa gereksinim duyan bilgi s\u00fcre\u00e7 sunucular\u0131 ile yapay zeka uygulamalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Esasen bellek yongas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretim mimarisi de standart bilgisayarlara k\u0131yasla k\u0131ymetli farklar i\u00e7eriyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin standart bilgisayarlar; bellek ve s\u00fcrece s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini ay\u0131r\u0131rlar. Bu da a\u011f\u0131r bilgi transferleri s\u0131ras\u0131nda <strong>gecikme m\u00fcddetini <\/strong>art\u0131r\u0131r. HBM-PIM ise bu durumu ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131yeten bu bellek yongas\u0131, evvelki jenerasyon HBM aray\u00fcz\u00fcyle de uyumlu. Bu da \u015firketlerin, mevcut donan\u0131m ve yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcm\u00fcyle de\u011fi\u015ftirmeden, HBM-PIM&#8217;e <strong>ge\u00e7i\u015f yapabilecekleri <\/strong>manas\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Samsung taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamalara nazaran yapay zeka h\u0131zland\u0131rmas\u0131nda kullan\u0131lacak olan HBM-PIM, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 4 ayl\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7te <strong>test i\u00e7in <\/strong>\u015firketlere g\u00f6nderilecek.
