Devam eden incelemenin ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 sebebi ise WhatsApp&#8217;\u0131n \u015fahs\u00ee bilgileri Facebook ile payla\u015fma noktas\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kusurlar ve Avrupa&#8217;daki kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 bu hususta <strong>\u015feffaf bir formda bilgilendirmemi\u015f olmas\u0131.<\/strong> WhatsApp&#8217;\u0131n bu hareketi, AB \u00e7ap\u0131nda 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren Genel Bilgi M\u00fcdafaa Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi&#8217;ne (GDPR) muhalif.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ceza kesinle\u015fmedi, Facebook ise ceza i\u00e7in 77,5 milyon euro ay\u0131rd\u0131:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtekno.com\/images\/editor\/default\/0002\/98\/718a9c07b36fbc3f429a700eef8532be705bae99.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u0130rlanda Data M\u00fcdafaa Kurumu, <strong>AB \u00fcyesi <\/strong>\u00f6b\u00fcr \u00fclkelerdeki ilgili merciler ile birlikte WhatsApp&#8217;a kesilecek ceza konusunda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelere devam ediyor. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler sonucunda AB&#8217;nin WhatsApp&#8217;a 30 milyon ile 50 milyon euro ortas\u0131nda ceza kesmesi bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu karar ve ceza ile birlikte WhatsApp&#8217;\u0131n <strong>ferd\u00ee datalar\u0131 kullan\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7imini<\/strong> de de\u011fi\u015ftirmesi gerekece\u011fi s\u00f6yleniyor.
