Bahisle ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan bir Facebook s\u00f6zc\u00fcs\u00fc, <strong>mahkeme sonucunun ellerine ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 <\/strong>s\u00f6yledi. <\/p>\n<p>\u0130talya&#8217;da a\u00e7\u0131lan dava, 2012 y\u0131l\u0131na dayan\u0131yor. Mahkeme evraklar\u0131nda yer alan bilgilere nazaran Business Competence, 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>Faround <\/strong>isimli bir uygulama geli\u015ftiriyor. Bu uygulama, kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n lokasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 odaklayarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor ve \u015fayet bir kullan\u0131c\u0131, arkada\u015f\u0131yla yak\u0131n bir yerde ise bunu g\u00f6rebiliyor. Business Competence&#8217;in arg\u00fcmanlar\u0131na nazaran Facebook, bu uygulamay\u0131 kopyalayarak &#8220;<strong>Civar\u0131ndakiler<\/strong>&#8221; isimli \u00f6zelli\u011fi kullan\u0131c\u0131lara sunuyor. Bu itiraz s\u00fcrecinde yaln\u0131zca vakit kazanan Facebook, kelam konusu \u00f6zelli\u011fi \u0130talya&#8217;da kullan\u0131mdan <strong>kald\u0131rm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n <\/strong>tekrar bir \u015fey elde edemiyor. \u00dcst mahkemenin karar\u0131 da Facebook&#8217;un aleyhinde oluyor. <\/p>\n<p>\u0130talya&#8217;da sona eren mahkemede \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7, asl\u0131nda Facebook i\u00e7in pek de bir \u015fey s\u00f6z etmiyor. Sonu\u00e7ta Facebook \u00fczere bir \u015firket i\u00e7in 4,72 milyon dolar, <strong>\u00e7erez paras\u0131<\/strong>.
