M\u00fcracaat\u0131n ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i ortamda s\u0131zd\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>NVIDIA, Hopper mimarisiyle kendi MCM tasar\u0131m\u0131 \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken AMD&#8217;nin de bu mevzuda ad\u0131m atmas\u0131, gelecekte monolitik GPU dizaynlar\u0131 yerine <strong>chiplet<\/strong> (\u00e7oklu yonga) taban\u0131na dayal\u0131 yeni GPU&#8217;lar g\u00f6rece\u011fimiz manas\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>AMD&#8217;nin patent ba\u015fvurusu:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtekno.com\/images\/editor\/default\/0002\/95\/eb3279e427e6cdaf50119d8afdf1dd9f3021c115.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Wccftech&#8217;e nazaran ge\u00e7mi\u015fte MCM dizayn\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck p\u00fcr\u00fczlerden biri, yonga setleri ortas\u0131ndaki <strong>y\u00fcksek<\/strong> <strong>gecikme<\/strong> ve paralellik uygulamas\u0131ndaki artan zorluklard\u0131. AMD ise y\u00fcksek bant geni\u015fli\u011fine sahip pasif \u00e7apraz irtibat ismini verdi\u011fi \u015feyi kullanarak bu s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015fe nazaran bu, her bir GPU&#8217;nun \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azalt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f gecikme m\u00fcddetleriyle direkt CPU ve e\u015flik eden \u00e7oklu yongalarla <strong>ba\u011flant\u0131<\/strong> <strong>kurmas\u0131na<\/strong> m\u00fcsaade veriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte AMD&#8217;nin RDNA3&#8217;ten sonra gelecek GPU&#8217;lar\u0131 i\u00e7in MCM dizayn\u0131na ge\u00e7meyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne dair kimi s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131lar ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131. NVIDIA&#8217;n\u0131n da <strong>Hopper<\/strong> mimarisiyle t\u0131pk\u0131 \u015feyi yapmas\u0131, AMD&#8217;ye \u00e7ok fazla se\u00e7enek b\u0131rakmam\u0131\u015f \u00fczere g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor. \u00d6te yandan <strong>Intel<\/strong> ise MCM tasar\u0131m metodolojisini kullanarak \u00e7oktan muvaffakiyete ula\u015ft\u0131 ve uzun bir m\u00fcddet evvel birinci MCM tabanl\u0131 GPU&#8217;yu tan\u0131tt\u0131<\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak dal\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7 dev ismi de gelece\u011fi <strong>tek zarda \u00e7ok yongal\u0131<\/strong> tasar\u0131m anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00fczerinde \u015fekillendiriyor.
