{"id":34211,"date":"2022-05-28T12:54:04","date_gmt":"2022-05-28T09:54:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kutaybilen.com.tr\/?p=34211"},"modified":"2022-05-28T12:54:04","modified_gmt":"2022-05-28T09:54:04","slug":"40-milyon-euroluk-calinti-kredi-kart-ticareti-engellendi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kutaybilen.com.tr\/?p=34211","title":{"rendered":"40 Milyon Euroluk \u00c7al\u0131nt\u0131 Kredi Kart Ticareti Engellendi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Avrupa Polis Te\u015fkilat\u0131 (Europol), \u0130talya ve Macaristan g\u00fcvenlik \u00fcniteleri ile i\u015f birli\u011fi i\u00e7erisinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi operasyonlar sonucunda <strong>Dark<\/strong> <strong>Web<\/strong> forumlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131nan kredi kartlar\u0131n\u0131n ticaretine mahzur oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Carding Action 2020 ismi verilen operasyon kapsam\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7 ay boyunca \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan g\u00fcvenlik \u00fcniteleri, 90 bin adet kredi kart\u0131 bilgisini tahlil ederek yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>40 milyon euroluk<\/strong> ziyan\u0131 \u00f6nledi. \u0130talya ve Macaristan g\u00fcvenlik \u00fcniteleri taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netilen operasyon, Birle\u015fik Krall\u0131k ve Europol taraf\u0131ndan desteklendi.<\/p>\n<p><b>Siber kabahat, g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131n t\u00fcm istikametlerini etkiliyor:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtekno.com\/images\/editor\/default\/0002\/92\/ebc30b9c42d4ea27e55dcb1658e9b385ae0fa0a7.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Europol&#8217;den yap\u0131lan resmi bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda operasyonun finansal kurumlar ve kart sahipleri i\u00e7in kay\u0131plar\u0131 azaltmak ve \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 aktar\u0131l\u0131rken, operasyon kapsam\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131nt\u0131 kredi kart\u0131 bilgilerini satan web sitelerinde <strong>g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ihlal edilmi\u015f<\/strong> kredi kartlar\u0131n\u0131 satan ve sat\u0131n alan doland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n hedeflendi\u011fi belirtildi. Operasyon sonras\u0131nda rastgele bir tutuklama yap\u0131l\u0131p yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ise bilinmiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Europol&#8217;\u00fcn Avrupa Siber C\u00fcr\u00fcm Merkezi Lideri Edvardas \u0160ileris\u2019e nazaran siber kabahat, arkada\u015flara para transferlerinden \u00fcst\u00fcn markette \u00f6deme yapmaya ve konutta Objelerin \u0130nterneti (IoT) ayg\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131 kullanmaya kadar <strong>g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131n t\u00fcm istikametlerini<\/strong> etkiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Europol&#8217;den yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada ayr\u0131yeten e-skimming h\u00fccumlar\u0131n\u0131n bu g\u00fcnlerde artmakta oldu\u011funa vurgu yap\u0131ld\u0131. Doland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar, bu taarruz usul\u00fcnde sat\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131 sistemleri ve \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i perakendecileri maksat alarak kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n <strong>kart bilgilerini<\/strong> ele ge\u00e7iriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu olay\u0131n akabinde Interpol&#8217;\u00fcn, d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda 500 binden fazla devlet kurumu ve \u00f6zel kesim \u015firketini maksat alan organize bir <strong>siber kabahat \u00e7etesinin<\/strong> \u00fcyesi olduklar\u0131ndan \u015f\u00fcphelenilen Nijeryal\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 ki\u015fiyi tutuklad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.
