Ayr\u0131yeten Cortex-R serisinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir \u00f6b\u00fcr alan da depolama \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleriydi. Yeni i\u015flemci, \u015firketin birinci 64 bit ARMv8-R mimarisine sahip i\u015flemcisi, yani \u015firketin birinci 64 bit ger\u00e7ek vakitli i\u015flemcisi. Eski jenerasyon R i\u015flemcileri, ARMv7-R ya da ARMV8-R 32 bit mimarisine sahipti. Bu sayede i\u015flemcideki paralel s\u00fcrece hesaplama kapasitesinde <strong>daha y\u00fcksek bir performans<\/strong> sunuluyor. Buna ek olarak mikromimarideki bir \u00f6teki k\u0131ymetli de\u011fi\u015fiklik de MMU&#8217;nun d\u00e2hil olmas\u0131.
