Pekala, \u015firket taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klanan bilgiler nelerdi gelin daima birlikte bakal\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p><b>5 nm kullanacak birinci \u015firketler<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtekno.com\/images\/editor\/default\/0002\/80\/6b8af63c50fb8da353b511ef637b219da7b7e513.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Birinci olarak 5 nm \u00fcretiminden ba\u015flamak gerekirse TSMC, birinci N5 prosesinin EUV teknolojisini kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve N7&#8217;ye (var olan 7 nm) k\u0131yasla <strong>%15 daha fazla performans<\/strong> verdi\u011fini ya da t\u0131pk\u0131 performans\u0131 s\u0131hhatini, 5 nm&#8217;nin %30 daha az g\u00fc\u00e7 t\u00fcketti\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. \u015eirket, ayr\u0131yeten N5&#8217;in s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenme konusunda daha g\u00fczel performans sergiledi\u011fini de a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eirket, \u015fu an 5 nm \u00fcretimini y\u00fcksek hacimde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor ve \u015firketin birinci m\u00fc\u015fterileri de Huawei ile Apple oldu. Bunun haricinde AMD, 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131karaca\u011f\u0131 <strong>Ryzen 6000 i\u015flemcileri<\/strong> ve Zen 4 yongalar\u0131nda 5 nm&#8217;ye ge\u00e7i\u015f yapacak. \u015eirket, 5 nm&#8217;li Zen 4 CPU&#8217;lar\u0131 ve RDNA 3 GPU&#8217;lar\u0131 i\u00e7in 2021 \/ 2022&#8217;deki al\u0131c\u0131lar ortas\u0131nda listelenmi\u015fti. Y\u00fcksek \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde 3 nm \u00fcretiminin ise 2022&#8217;nin ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131nda ba\u015flamas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131yeten Techradar&#8217;da yer alan habere nazaran bir <strong>N4 devresi<\/strong> de olacak. Bu devrenin performans art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ya da g\u00fc\u00e7 t\u00fcketimi tasarrufunda neler sunaca\u011f\u0131na dair \u015fimdi kesin bir bilgi bulunmuyor.
