Samsung Advanced Institute of Techonology (SAIT) ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131, bu ke\u015ffi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilmek i\u00e7in Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST) ve University of Cambridge ile birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bu ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayla elde edilen bulgular, Nature mecmuas\u0131nda yay\u0131nland\u0131. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, gerecin, <strong>yeni ku\u015fak yar\u0131iletkenlerin geli\u015fmesini h\u0131zland\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>Yar\u0131iletkenlerin geli\u015fimi h\u0131zlanacak<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtekno.com\/images\/editor\/default\/0002\/73\/91b44740a18781ee830c19ef94aed020cf4aea56.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Teknoloji devi, yeni ke\u015ffedilen amorf bor nitr\u00fcr\u00fcn, sistemsiz molek\u00fcl yap\u0131s\u0131yla bor ve nitrojen atomlar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erdi\u011fini tabir etti. <strong>Samsung<\/strong>, yeni gerecin beyaz grafenden elde edildi\u011fini fakat farkl\u0131 molek\u00fcler yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n amorf bor nitr\u00fcr\u00fc kendine has bir hale getirdi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Koreli \u015firket, <strong>elektriksel kar\u0131\u015fmay\u0131<\/strong> en aza indirebilmesi ve 400 derece \u00fczere g\u00f6rece d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131kta ince \u00f6l\u00e7ekli olarak b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fclebilmesi sayesinde a-BN\u2019in DRAM ve NAND tahlillerinde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 beklediklerini s\u00f6z etti.
