Daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck <strong>silikon yap\u0131lar <\/strong>daha s\u00fcratli ve daha verimli modellerin \u00fcretimini m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131l\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NVIDIA\u2019n\u0131n <\/strong>yeni ku\u015fak GeForce Ampere ailesi kartlarda TMSC\u2019nin <strong>7 nm<\/strong> yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kullanmas\u0131 bekleniyordu. Dizaynda \u00f6b\u00fcr <strong>k\u0131ymetli de\u011fi\u015fiklikler <\/strong>de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Samsung\u2019un her iki node i\u00e7in de belirledi\u011fi katman y\u00fcksekli\u011fi t\u0131pk\u0131. Kap\u0131 y\u00fcksekli\u011fini <strong>%6 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcren<\/strong> firma b\u00f6ylelikle transist\u00f6r yo\u011funlu\u011funu milimetrekarede 61 milyonun \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131yor. G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015fe nazaran <strong>NVIDIA<\/strong>, yeni ku\u015fak grafik kartlar\u0131nda, premium olarak tabir edilen en \u00fcst k\u00fcme da dahil olmak \u00fczere <strong>Samsung 8LPP<\/strong> kullanacak.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan farkl\u0131 kartlarda farkl\u0131 yap\u0131lar kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ihtimali de \u015fimdi masadan kalkm\u0131\u015f de\u011fil. GA100 modeli <strong>TMSC 7 nm<\/strong> ile \u00fcretilirken GA 102 i\u00e7in Samsung 8LPP tercih edilmi\u015f olabilir.
