Yetkililer <strong>eri\u015fim mahzuru <\/strong>\u201cgenel\u201d olarak yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylese de toplumsal medyadan pek \u00e7ok reaksiyon gelmi\u015fti. Bu tenkitlere son vermek i\u00e7in art\u0131k de\u00a0yaz\u0131l\u0131 bir a\u00e7\u0131klama geldi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>TBMM taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201c<em>Milletvekillerinin internet eri\u015fiminde zorluk ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 istikametinde \u015fikayetler \u00fczerine yap\u0131lan testlerde, rastgele bir i\u00e7erik \u00fcretmeyen ve ki\u015fisel abonelik \u00fczerinden i\u015fleyen platformlar\u0131n mesai saatleri i\u00e7inde a\u011f\u0131r olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilmi\u015f ve bu nedenle de Mart 2020\u2019de idari i\u015f\u00e7i i\u00e7in, ortalar\u0131nda Netflix\u2019in de bulundu\u011fu sitelere eri\u015fim k\u0131s\u0131tlamas\u0131na gidilmi\u015ftir<\/em>\u201d s\u00f6zlerine yer verildi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtekno.com\/images\/editor\/default\/0002\/73\/cc6623b1853943b0e54cb08b5d697fff9cf52bd1.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p><b>26 Haziran\u2019da t\u00fcm konseye uyguland\u0131<\/b><\/p>\n<p>TBMM taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klaman\u0131n devam\u0131nda ise a\u011f\u0131r kullan\u0131m\u0131n devam etmesi \u00fczerine <strong>26 Haziran<\/strong>\u2019dan itibaren t\u00fcm kurum genelinde Netflix \u00fczere <strong>ki\u015fisel abonelik <\/strong>gerektiren sitelerin yasakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. TBMM\u2019nin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klaman\u0131n devam\u0131 \u015fu bi\u00e7imde:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Meclis\u2019in internet kapasitesinin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar s\u0131ras\u0131nda, bu cins platformlar\u0131n a\u011f\u0131r kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n devam etti\u011fi ve internet kapasitesini b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda etkiledi\u011finin anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00fczerine de k\u0131s\u0131tlama, 26 Haziran Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fcnden itibaren t\u00fcm kurum geneline uygulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Kurum genelinde 2019 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana sinema, dizi vb sitelere \u00e7e\u015fitli eri\u015fim k\u0131s\u0131tlamas\u0131 zati uygulanmakta olup, kelam konusu k\u0131s\u0131tlaman\u0131n, toplumsal medya ile ilgili d\u00fczenleme tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla rastgele bir ili\u015fkisi bulunmamaktad\u0131r.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<div> <\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>D\u00fcn yay\u0131nlanan haberlerde T\u00fcrkiye B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi\u2019nin (TBMM) internetinin Netflix\u2019e eri\u015fiminin engellendi\u011fi duyurulmu\u015ftu.
