Ayg\u0131tlar ne kadar g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olursa, i\u00e7inde bulunan RAM \u00fcnitesi de o gereksinime nazaran \u015fekilleniyor. O y\u00fczden <em>\u201c<strong>RAM nedir<\/strong>\u201d<\/em> sorusuna getirilmesi gereken en hakikat yan\u0131t, ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Zira asl\u0131nda bir s\u00fcr\u00fc farkl\u0131 RAM \u00e7e\u015fidi var.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn hem bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak RAM\u2019in ne oldu\u011funa hem de farkl\u0131 RAM \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin nelerden sorumlu oldu\u011funa, hangi alanlarda tercih edildiklerine yak\u0131ndan bakaca\u011f\u0131z. As\u0131l oda\u011f\u0131m\u0131z her ne kadar bilgisayar ve ta\u015f\u0131nabilir ayg\u0131tlar olsa da foto\u011fraf makinesi \u00fczere ayg\u0131tlarda kullan\u0131lan <strong>RAM \u00e7e\u015fitlerinden <\/strong>de bahsedece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<p><b>K\u0131saca <em>RAM nedir?<\/em><\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtekno.com\/images\/editor\/default\/0002\/56\/7e2a5065ca9011045437f194f640b323d26daa61.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>RAM bilgisayar\u0131n k\u0131sa periyodik haf\u0131za vazifesini \u00fcstlenen, epey s\u00fcratli bir bile\u015fendir. RAM i\u00e7erisinde anl\u0131k olarak datalar depolan\u0131r. S\u00fcreksiz olarak depolanan bilgiler, i\u015flendikten sonra gerekli bile\u015fene g\u00f6nderildi\u011fi anda silinir. Silinen bilgilerin yerine gereksinim duyulan <strong>yeni bilgiler <\/strong>getirilir. Ayg\u0131t \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan her bir s\u00fcre\u00e7te bu d\u00f6ng\u00fc tekrarlan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olarak:<em> RAM nedir?<\/em><\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtekno.com\/images\/editor\/default\/0002\/56\/045d0772f064962220cea2c23d1ceae9e98cc090.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u00dcstte da belirtti\u011fimiz \u00fczere RAM asl\u0131nda elektronik ayg\u0131tlar\u0131n k\u0131sa m\u00fcddetli haf\u0131zas\u0131. Windows i\u015fletim sistemi, internet taray\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131, g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc oyunlar\u0131, diziler ve sinemalar \u00fczere akl\u0131n\u0131za gelebilecek <strong>t\u00fcm<\/strong> <strong>s\u00fcre\u00e7ler <\/strong>RAM \u00fczerinden ge\u00e7iyor. Sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z s\u00fcre\u00e7ler i\u015flemcinin direkt olarak sabit diskle irtibata ge\u00e7mesi yoluyla da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilirdi. Lakin RAM devreye girdi\u011fi vakit s\u00fcre\u00e7ler \u00e7ok daha h\u0131zlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Vakit i\u00e7inde SSD \u00fczere teknolojilerin de hayat\u0131m\u0131za girmesiyle sabit disk suratlar\u0131nda da k\u0131ymetli art\u0131\u015flar g\u00f6zlendi. Tekrar de daima olarak kendisini tazeleyerek sabit disk ve \u00f6b\u00fcr bile\u015fenler ortas\u0131nda bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc vazifesi g\u00f6ren RAM kadar y\u00fcksek suratlara ula\u015f\u0131lam\u0131yor. Zira RAM\u2019e her saniye b\u00fct\u00fcn bile\u015fenler taraf\u0131ndan <strong>hatr\u0131 say\u0131lmayacak <\/strong>kadar k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck gecikmelerle ula\u015f\u0131labiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsanlardaki k\u0131sa vadeli haf\u0131za \u00fczere, RAM de hi\u00e7bir \u015feyi sonsuza dek haf\u0131zas\u0131nda tutam\u0131yor. Daha az s\u00fcre\u00e7 g\u00fcc\u00fc ve kal\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k gerektiren datalar i\u00e7in de sabit diskler kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><b>RAM \u00e7e\u015fitleri nedir?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>SRAM (statik RAM) nedir?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtekno.com\/images\/editor\/default\/0002\/56\/72375b2d835db217cdebc403df85e3b5884564a4.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u0130ki ana RAM \u00e7e\u015fidinden biri olan SRAM\u2019in kullan\u0131m\u0131na 1990\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llarda ba\u015fland\u0131. \u0130smindeki \u201cstatik\u201d ibaresi, i\u00e7inde kesintisiz bir g\u00fc\u00e7 ak\u0131m\u0131 olmas\u0131ndan geliyor. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n statik RAM\u2019ler de DRAM tipi RAM\u2019ler \u00fczere s\u00fcreksiz depolama i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. DRAM\u2019e ra\u011fmen avantaj\u0131, <strong>az g\u00fc\u00e7 <\/strong>t\u00fcketirken <strong>\u00e7ok s\u00fcratli <\/strong>olmas\u0131. SRAM\u2019e ra\u011fmen, i\u00e7indeki g\u00fc\u00e7 ak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sistemli olarak yenilenmesi gerekiyor. DRAM\u2019in avantaj\u0131, daha <strong>fazla kapasiteye <\/strong>sahipken \u00fcretiminin <strong>daha ucuz <\/strong>olmas\u0131. Dezavantaj\u0131 ise d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kapasitesine kar\u015f\u0131n y\u00fcksek g\u00fc\u00e7 t\u00fcketimi.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DRAM\u2019in s\u0131k\u00e7a kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ayg\u0131tlar: G\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc oyun konsollar\u0131, a\u011f donan\u0131mlar\u0131<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>SDRAM (e\u015f vakitli dinamik RAM) nedir?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>SDRAM ya da SDR SDRAM, 1993 y\u0131l\u0131nda hayat\u0131m\u0131za giren, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de h\u00e2l\u00e2 kullan\u0131lan bir DRAM alt kategorisi RAM \u00e7e\u015fididir. \u0130smindeki \u201ce\u015f zamanl\u0131\u201d ibaresi, i\u015flemci saatiyle e\u015f vakitli olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilmesinden geliyor. Saat i\u015fareti, devre davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 koordine etme gayesiyle metronom olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Her bir saat i\u015fareti iki kenar olu\u015fturur. SDR bir saat i\u015faretinin s\u0131rf y\u00fckselen kenar\u0131nda s\u00fcre\u00e7 yapabilen bir teknolojiydi. DDR ise hem y\u00fckselen hem de al\u00e7alan kenarlarda s\u00fcre\u00e7 yapabilme kabiliyetine sahip. Ekran kartlar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6zel olarak \u00fcretilen bu RAM \u00e7e\u015fidi, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn \u00f6nemli g\u00fc\u00e7 gerektiren oyunlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in <strong>bir mecburilik<\/strong>. T\u0131pk\u0131 DDR \u00e7e\u015fit RAM\u2019lerde oldu\u011fu \u00fczere, GDDR SDRAM\u2019ler de kendi i\u00e7inde GDDR2 ve GDDR5 \u00fczere ku\u015faklara ayr\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>GDDR SDRAM ve DDR SDRAM ortas\u0131ndaki temel fark ise \u015fu: DDR SDRAM\u2019lerin az bir gecikmeyle \u00e7ok s\u00fcratli s\u00fcre\u00e7 yapmas\u0131 gerekir. GDDR SDRAM\u2019lerde ise k\u0131ymetli olan \u015fey gecikme de\u011fil, yap\u0131lan s\u00fcre\u00e7 say\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Bir adedinde tek bir yuvada, tek bir 8 GB\u2019l\u0131k RAM tak\u0131l\u0131 olsun. Ba\u015fkas\u0131nda ise iki adet 4 GB kapasiteye sahip RAM tak\u0131l\u0131 olsun.<\/p>\n<p>Birinci \u00f6rnekteki RAM kullan\u0131m\u0131, tek kanall\u0131 olarak isimlendiriliyor. \u0130kinci \u00f6rnekteki kullan\u0131ma ise \u00e7ift kanall\u0131 ismi veriliyor. \u00c7ift kanall\u0131 RAM kullan\u0131m\u0131, tek kanall\u0131 RAM kullan\u0131m\u0131na nazaran <strong>daha avantajl\u0131 <\/strong>bir se\u00e7enektir. Neden mi? Gelin yeniden bir otoban \u00f6rne\u011fi \u00fczerinden anlatal\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fimizde kanallar\u0131n yerini otobanlar, otomobillerin yeriniyse byte\u2019lar als\u0131n. Bilgisayar, telefon ya da tablet \u00fczere ayg\u0131tlar, datalar\u0131 s\u00fcreksiz olarak depolayabilece\u011fi bir mod\u00fcle her vakit gereksinim duyar. Fakat \u015fayet RAM derken, RAM yuvalar\u0131na <strong>takt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kesimlerden <\/strong>bahsediyorsak, i\u015fte o vakit yan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131z evet.<\/p>\n<p>Teorik olarak, RAM bile\u015feni tak\u0131l\u0131 olmayan bir bilgisayar \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilir. Hayli u\u011fra\u015f ve sab\u0131r gerektiren bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 olsa da bir sabit diski rastgele eri\u015fimli bellek olarak kullanmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Do\u011fal bu t\u00fcrl\u00fc bir s\u00fcreci yapmak kolay olmamas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki bilgisayarlara oranla \u00e7ok ancak \u00e7ok <strong>daha yava\u015f <\/strong>bir bilgisayar ortaya \u00e7\u0131karacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>Pekala RAM, sabit disk yerine kullan\u0131labilir mi?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtekno.com\/images\/editor\/default\/0002\/56\/5cf5206652cfd18e5de7712b34d11ec8262ba03f.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Her ne kadar sabit diskleri teoride RAM olarak kullanmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olsa da aksisi i\u00e7in birebir \u015fey ge\u00e7erli de\u011fil. Zira sabit disklerde bulunan datalar\u0131 saklamak yahut bir m\u00fchlet sonra silmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. RAM ise <strong>s\u0131rf s\u00fcreksiz olarak <\/strong>data depolamas\u0131 i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015f bir bile\u015fen. Bilgisayar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 kapat\u0131rken a\u00e7\u0131k olan programlar\u0131n, bilgisayar\u0131 tekrar a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda kapal\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131n sebebi bu.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eayet bu noktada akl\u0131n\u0131za Windows\u2019un son s\u00fcr\u00fcmleriyle gelen, bilgisayar\u0131 tekrar a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z vakit t\u0131pk\u0131 kapatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z haliyle bulman\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayan \u201c<strong>hibernasyon<\/strong>\u201d \u00f6zelli\u011fi geldiyse o mevzuya da \u00e7abucak de\u011finelim. Hibernasyon, bilgisayar kapat\u0131l\u0131rken RAM \u00fczerinde bulunan datalar\u0131n bir kopyas\u0131n\u0131 sabit diske kaydediyor. Bilgisayar yine a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131rken de sabit diskte bulunan datalar\u0131 tekrar RAM\u2019e aktar\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte, Windows\u2019un s\u00fcratli ba\u015flatma se\u00e7ene\u011fiyle ili\u015fkili olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan hibernasyon \u00f6zelli\u011fiyle ilgili bir yaz\u0131 haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Birebir vakitte s\u00fcratli ba\u015flatma \u00f6zelli\u011fini kullan\u0131rsan\u0131z olu\u015fabilecek <strong>dezavantajlardan<\/strong>, kapatmak isterseniz de <strong>nas\u0131l kapatabilece\u011finizden <\/strong>bahsetti\u011fimiz yaz\u0131m\u0131za buradan ula\u015fabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n<p><b>Bilgisayardaki RAM ve telefondaki RAM ortas\u0131nda fark var m\u0131?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtekno.com\/images\/editor\/default\/0002\/56\/e1c0f2efa25145c4ae3558078bac4fda99f25c31.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Bilgisayarlar ve ta\u015f\u0131nabilir ayg\u0131tlar taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lan her bile\u015fende oldu\u011fu \u00fczere kullan\u0131lan RAM cinslerinde de fark var. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki bilgisayarlar \u00fcstte da belirtti\u011fimiz \u00fczere ekseriyetle <strong>DDR \u00e7e\u015fit <\/strong>RAM kullan\u0131rken, ta\u015f\u0131nabilir ayg\u0131tlardaki yayg\u0131n RAM \u00e7e\u015fidi ise daha az g\u00fc\u00e7 t\u00fcketimi yapan \u201cLPDDR\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Bilgisayar ve ta\u015f\u0131nabilir ayg\u0131tlarda kullan\u0131lan bile\u015fenlerin neden farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6stermek zorunda olduklar\u0131na, daha evvel i\u015flemcilerle ilgili yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir yaz\u0131da de\u011finmi\u015ftik.
