Windows 10 kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131, art\u0131k de bu ay i\u00e7erisinde g\u00f6nderilen g\u00fcncellemenin de meselelere sebep oldu\u011funu bildirmeye ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kullan\u0131c\u0131lardan gelen raporlara nazaran <strong>KB4532693 g\u00fcncellemesinin<\/strong> i\u00e7erisinde yer alan bir kusur, birtak\u0131m Windows 10 sistemlerde kullan\u0131c\u0131 profillerine ve ferd\u00ee datalara s\u0131z\u0131yor. Yeni g\u00fcncellemeyle birlikte gelen s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131yla ilgili olarak Microsoft forumlar\u0131nda, Twitter\u2019da, Reddit\u2019te ve farkl\u0131 bir\u00e7ok sitede kullan\u0131c\u0131 \u015fik\u00e2yetleri bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>Kullan\u0131c\u0131 profillerine eri\u015filemiyor<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtekno.com\/images\/editor\/default\/0002\/45\/596e13629db61990d99bc259a55216369bcb4adc.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcncellemeyi kuran kullan\u0131c\u0131lar, yeni g\u00fcncellemeden sonra \u00f6zg\u00fcn Windows 10 profillerini g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleyemediklerini ve profillerine <strong>eri\u015femediklerini<\/strong> bildirmeye ba\u015flad\u0131lar. Kullan\u0131c\u0131lar, yeni g\u00fcncellemeden sonra bilgisayarlar\u0131nda heyeti olan programlar\u0131n, duvar ka\u011f\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n, masa\u00fcst\u00fc belgelerinin, indirilen evraklar\u0131n ve \u00f6teki bir\u00e7ok evrak\u0131n kayboldu\u011funu bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Siz de bu kusurla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fan kullan\u0131c\u0131lardan bir tanesiyseniz endi\u015felenmenize gerek yok zira bilgileriniz b\u00fcsb\u00fct\u00fcn kaybolmad\u0131, yaln\u0131zca <strong>gizlendi<\/strong>. Bleeping Computer\u2019da yer alan habere nazaran yanl\u0131\u015f\u0131n sebebi KB45326993 g\u00fcncellemesinin suram yolu. Bu kusurun meydana gelmesindeki sebep, Windows Update servisinin g\u00fcncellemeyi kurabilmek i\u00e7in s\u00fcreksiz bir profil olu\u015fturmas\u0131 ve suram tamamland\u0131ktan sonra bu profili silememesi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtekno.com\/images\/editor\/default\/0002\/45\/220d6d07098af24b5f62b4314f6111f47d62aff2.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcncelleme konseyimi tamamland\u0131ktan sonra s\u00fcreksiz profil, oturum a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir halde kalmaya devam ediyor. Kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n yepyeni profil belgeleri ise \u201c.000\u201d ya da \u201c.bak\u201d uzant\u0131l\u0131 olarak \u015fof\u00f6rlerinde yer almaya devam ediyor. Yan\u0131lg\u0131n\u0131n tahlili ise biraz karma\u015f\u0131k say\u0131l\u0131r ve yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7ler, <strong>datalar\u0131n b\u00fcsb\u00fct\u00fcn kaybolmas\u0131na<\/strong> sebep olabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Fakat bu meseleden kurtulman\u0131n kolay bir yolu daha bulunuyor: kurulan g\u00fcncellemeyi kald\u0131rmak. Bu g\u00fcncellemeyi kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in <strong>Windows Update > Akt\u00fcelle\u015ftirme ge\u00e7mi\u015fini g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcle > G\u00fcncelle\u015ftirmeleri kald\u0131r<\/strong> yolunu takip ederek KB45326993 g\u00fcncellemesini kald\u0131rabilirsiniz.
