MEB Yenilik ve E\u011fitim Teknolojileri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#39;ne ba\u015fvuran Vilayet M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc H\u0131z\u0131r Akta\u015f&#39;\u0131n teklifi kabul g\u00f6rd\u00fc. Bakanl\u0131k, <strong>ortaokul<\/strong> ve <strong>lise<\/strong> \u00f6\u011frencilerinin kat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 m\u00fcsabakay\u0131, 81 ilin ulusal e\u011fitim m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak duyurdu ve yar\u0131\u015f \u015fartnamesi, okullara g\u00f6nderildi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtekno.com\/images\/editor\/default\/0002\/45\/603a1720a85a6ec0c54acbfe20175aa16c5de76b.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Siber g\u00fcvenlik fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olu\u015fturma gayesiyle bu t\u00fcrl\u00fc bir m\u00fcsabaka d\u00fczenlendi\u011fini bildiren Bakanl\u0131k, \u00f6\u011frencilerin <strong>15 Nisan<\/strong>&#39;a kadar yar\u0131\u015fa ba\u015fvurabilece\u011fini okullara bildirdi. Heyet, 30 Nisan&#39;da Trabzon Ulusal E\u011fitim M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#39;nde toplan\u0131p, \u00f6n eleme yapacak.\u00a0\u00d6n elemeyi ge\u00e7en \u00f6\u011frenciler, Trabzon Naci Orhan Bilgisayar Merkezi&#39;nde 8-9 Haziran tarihlerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek olan\u00a0Ulusal Siber G\u00fcvenlik Yar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131&#39;na kat\u0131labilecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beyaz \u015fapkal\u0131 hacker<\/strong>&#39;lar, bili\u015fim kabahatleri i\u015fleyen makus niyetli bireylerin kullanm\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 teknik ve usullere hakim olan, siber korsanlar\u0131n hareketleri s\u0131ras\u0131nda kulland\u0131klar\u0131 ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ve yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 tan\u0131yan, birebir bilgi ve h\u00fcnere sahip, <strong>d\u00fczg\u00fcn niyetli<\/strong> siber g\u00fcvenlik uzmanlar\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131yeten yeteneklerini berbat niyetli ak\u0131nlar i\u00e7in kullanan siyah \u015fapkal\u0131 hacker&#39;lar ve duruma nazaran yeterli yahut mak\u00fbs niyetli olarak kullanan gri \u015fapkal\u0131 hacker&#39;lar da var.
