Her yaz\u0131c\u0131 onlara g\u00f6nderilen nesneleri en alttan en \u00fcste yanl\u0131\u015fs\u0131z katman katman yazd\u0131r\u0131yor. Yani yazd\u0131rma s\u00fcrecinde <strong>ultrason <\/strong>ve <strong>x-ray <\/strong>kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Bir nesne yazd\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011fa hassas bir re\u00e7ine bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131dan <strong>\u0131\u015f\u0131\u011fa <\/strong>maruz kal\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>I\u015f\u0131\u011fa maruz kalan re\u00e7ine \u00e7abucak sert bir hale b\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Yani klasik 3D\u00a0yaz\u0131c\u0131lardaki katman katman yazd\u0131rma s\u00fcreci yerini s\u0131rf saniyeler i\u00e7erisinde tamamlanan yazd\u0131rma s\u00fcrecine b\u0131rak\u0131yor. Bu yazd\u0131rma s\u00fcrecinde de sadece <strong>\u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fc<\/strong> kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu sistemi pazarlayacak <strong>Readily3D <\/strong>\u015firketinin CTO\u2019su Paul Delrot, s\u00fcrecin b\u00fcsb\u00fct\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131ktan ibaret oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Lazer, polimerizasyon yoluyla s\u0131v\u0131y\u0131 kat\u0131 hale getiriyor. Bu noktada akl\u0131n\u0131za nesnelerin nas\u0131l ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorusu gelebilir. Cevab\u0131m\u0131zsa yeniden \u0131\u015f\u0131kta.<\/p>\n<p>Bu sistem, yazd\u0131r\u0131lan nesneye nazaran \u0131\u015f\u0131klar\u0131n nereye gaye al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 hesaplamak i\u00e7in <strong>algoritmalardan<\/strong> yard\u0131m al\u0131yor. I\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u015fiddeti ve a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 bu algoritmalar sayesinde hesaplan\u0131yor ve ortaya yazd\u0131rmak istenilen nesne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Nat\u00fcrel bu kadar s\u00fcratli sonu\u00e7 veren bir teknoloji de ba\u015fta medikal ve biyoloji olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 alanda kullan\u0131labilir oluyor.<\/p>\n<p>Sistemin \u015fu anki hali sadece <strong>2 santimetrelik <\/strong>nesneler \u00fcretebiliyor. Lakin bu nesneler, 80 mikrometre do\u011frulukla yazd\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor.
