Bug\u00fcnden itibaren platforma kaydolmak isteyen kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131ndan <strong>do\u011fum tarihlerini<\/strong> girmelerini isteyecek olan \u015firket, <strong>13 ya\u015f\u0131ndan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n<\/strong> Instagram hesab\u0131 a\u00e7mas\u0131n\u0131 engelleyecek; lakin mevcut kullan\u0131c\u0131lara ya\u015flar\u0131 sorulmayacak.<\/p>\n<p><b>Instagram&#39;a kat\u0131lamak isteyen kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n bundan sonra do\u011fum tarihlerini girmeleri gerekecek:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtekno.com\/images\/editor\/default\/0002\/33\/b816827bde1cd3ad87adae4e7dac0e226089a36e.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Kullan\u0131c\u0131lar i\u00e7in z\u0131mnilik denetimlerini art\u0131ran <strong>Instagram<\/strong>, sadece takip etti\u011finiz bireylerin size bildiri g\u00f6ndermesine, sizi bir k\u00fcmeye eklemesine yahut \u00d6yk\u00fcn\u00fcz\u00fc yan\u0131tlamas\u0131na m\u00fcsaade verebilece\u011finiz yeni bir sakl\u0131l\u0131k se\u00e7ene\u011fi sunmay\u0131 da ihmal etmedi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ocuklar\u0131n \u00c7evrimi\u00e7i Kapal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Muhafaza Yasas\u0131 (COPPA), 13 ya\u015f\u0131ndan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7ocuklardan ferd\u00ee bilgi toplanmas\u0131n\u0131 yasakl\u0131yor; lakin Instagram\u2019\u0131n bu ad\u0131m\u0131 daha yeni at\u0131yor olmas\u0131 epey d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc. <strong>Facebook<\/strong>, <strong>Snapchat <\/strong>ve <strong>TikTok<\/strong>, kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n kay\u0131t s\u00fcrecine ba\u015flar ba\u015flamaz do\u011fum tarihlerini girmelerini istiyor.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Hat\u0131rlayanlar olacakt\u0131r; TikTok, COPPA\u2019y\u0131 ihlal etti\u011fi i\u00e7in Federal Ticaret Kurulu (FTC) taraf\u0131ndan <strong>5.7 milyon dolar <\/strong>para cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u00c7in merkezli uygulama, ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 cezan\u0131n akabinde \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc izleyebilece\u011fi, fakat payla\u015f\u0131m ve yorum yapamayacaklar\u0131 farkl\u0131 bir k\u0131s\u0131m olu\u015fturmu\u015ftu.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ya\u015f denetiminin platforma neden bu kadar ge\u00e7 geldi\u011fi konusunda a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan bir Instagram s\u00f6zc\u00fcs\u00fc,<em> \u201c\u0130nsanlar\u0131n bize ya\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemelerini istemedik zira Instagram&#39;\u0131n, kimli\u011fine bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n herkesin kendilerini tam olarak s\u00f6z edebilece\u011fi bir yer olmas\u0131n\u0131 istedik\u201d<\/em> s\u00f6zlerini kullan\u0131yor.
